Copyright of the Chiefdom
The Copyright of the Chiefdom protects the intellectual property of the work released by governmental departments and agencies, either by Chiefs, Directors, or civil servants.
The intellectual property of governmental work is entrusted to the Chiefdom itself, and, in cases not applicable, the legal person to whom the work can be attributed to. In cases where the primary author is not clear, the work shall be released to the public domain and will be marked as such.
Unless it is specified otherwise, such as being published under the OGL, the Chiefdom grants no right to the redistribution or creation of derivative works from any intellectual property under its name.
