Rules on publishing news
When publishing news content under the Free Media Act, you'll need to follow all provisions set in Article 3 of the Act, "Regulations on news content".
Basic regulations
Text content
Text content should maintain a consistent and high standard of quality regarding spelling, grammar, and tone.
Video content
Video content must be published in at least a resolution of 1920 by 1080 (1080p).
Audio content
Primary audio content should be at a comfortable volume and background audio content should not be loud enough to cause issues in understanding the primary focus of the audio. Audio should not be subject to distortion or other disruptive effects.
Accuracy/truthfulness of content
News organizations may not broadcast knowingly untrue or misleading content. You're expected to rectify any content that is misleading as soon as possible to avoid prosecution.
Appropriateness guidelines
You can't publish “not-safe-for-work” (NSFW) content or any content that violates the Discord server rules.
